Payment Information
Clikinternational.com uses PayPal for payment processing, allowing 100% guaranteed secure and private payment processing in multiple currencies with all major credit cards. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account in order to pay via PayPal.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit.
Return Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied, please send your item back within 30 days of the original purchase date with a written explanation of your dissatisfaction, and proof of purchase, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We will replace, repair, or refund (the original purchase price) your money. The Guarantee does not cover willful damage and shipping cost. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings.
Custom orders are not refundable.
Delivery & Customs
Please see the following table for shipping information. For a limited time, free shipping is available within Canada and the Continental US, for orders of CAD$200 or more before tax or shipping. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped by Tuesday at the latest.
If insurance is not purchased we cannot be held responsible if your package does not reach its destination. To purchase insurance, please e-mail before placing an order and an invoice will be sent through paypal.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. For security purposes we require a signature on delivery. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
The shipments may be charged duty by custom. This charge is not negotiated through Clik International, nor can we provide specific information on these charges.

If you realized you made a mistake and want to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
